We want you to be completely satisfied with your Devon Windsor purchase. Items in original condition with tags attached are eligible for return or exchange within 30 days of the delivery date.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Select your preferred return method to generate a prepaid shipping label and a return authorization form to include in your package.
Package and Ship
Securely pack your items in the original packaging, attach the prepaid shipping label to the outside, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, please allow 5-10 business days for your refund to be processed back to your original payment method.
